	FELTED VESSELS with Fran Steinbock' Saturday' May 17' 1-4' $50.00. Includes materials. Learn to wet felt and make this beautiful vessel.
FELTED SOAP FOR PARENT AND CHILD with Fran Steinbock, Sunday, June 1, 1-3. $60.00 for Parent/Child and $45.00 for Single (includes material fee for 2 projects). Learn to make a felt covered bar of soap using roving , water and a bit of pressure. Then, use it in the bath or shower as it gently cleans and exfoliates. As the bar of soap gets smaller, the felt also continues to shrink. When the soap is gone, a felt ball remains! This is a great activity to do with a child and will make a unique Father's Day gift. (Children should be a minimum of 10 years old)

Have you noticed the explosion of color that's happening outside your window. I can't remember a more beautiful spring than this one. Walking, my exercise of choice, winds me around my neighborhood for about 2 miles. To add to the visible display, the smells are delicious. From hyacinth to barbecues, every home has its own offering; and each is a surprise. What joys of the senses! I hear woodpeckers and blue jays, kids on their bikes and someone practicing the piano, a neighbor is mowing his lawn. This is my favorite time to see my own house, as the azaleas are in full bloom. Fuschia to violet displays are startling and it feels like I should be knitting something pink. When I'm inside, the color reminds me of what's happening outside. Enjoy!
